With nearly two decades of experience in the multifamily industry, starting with property management and including a 10-year background in construction and renovation, Brian understands what owners, residents, and tenants need and expect. That experience gives him a practical perspective on transforming a property from the ground up.

Brian has led numerous projects, from large-scale renovations to the strategic overhaul of residential communities, always with an eye on improving community value and resident satisfaction.

Brian lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, and is focused on bringing practical, sustainable renovation to Central Texas and surrounding markets.

Josh has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He started as a superintendent and has held several management roles, including director of preconstruction and director of construction, for construction firms across Central Texas.

He has managed projects and teams through full restorations, change-of-use conversions, tenant improvements, and ground-up builds. Josh holds a bachelor's degree from Texas State University and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University.

Josh lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, where they enjoy the peace and quiet of Lake Travis.
